Legal information
Creative collaboration terms
Production draft – before accepting payments, the legal operator must be added and the text reviewed for the applicable country.
1. No automatic purchase
Submitting the form does not create an order or payment obligation. A commission begins only after the scope, price, timeline and licence are approved individually.
2. Price, deposit and payment
The price depends on technique, duration, characters, complexity and intended use. After agreement, an invoice or individual Stripe payment link may be issued for a deposit.
3. Revisions and scope changes
The number of revisions is confirmed before work begins. Later changes to the brief may affect the price or delivery date.
4. Copyright and licence
Payment does not automatically transfer all copyright. The client receives only the agreed usage rights. Commercial and advertising use must be confirmed explicitly.
5. Third-party content
The client is responsible for the right to supply references, music, characters, logos or other materials. Portfolio videos credit music and visuals separately.
6. Optional creator support
A support button appears only after the legal and payment setup is complete. Support is not the purchase of a specific service unless explicitly stated.
7. Legal operator
Full identification details of the person or company entering agreements and receiving payments must be added before payments go live.
